Today was parent observation for my daughter's dance class.  The girls are just adorable and their instructor Brittany Rose with Concepts in Motivation is just a delight.  I first met her when she was just a little girl playing our "beauty school dropout" for a show choir number when I was in high school.  Now she is all grown up and doing a fabulous job with the studio and all these beautiful little girls.

This girl is so dear to my heart.  We met when she was just 18 and we were working at the same restaurant.  All these years later, we both returned to the same restaurant and work together yet again and we bartend together every Friday night.  She is a dear friend and an absolutely beautiful person inside and out.  She and her boyfriend made for great subjects in this beautiful outdoor setting in Cunningham Falls State Park.

I was honored when my stepson's mother asked me to do a portrait session for his school photos this year.  We had a wonderful time at Carroll Creek Park this morning and had some pretty leaves around when we got back home too! (C) Dane Clingan (C) Dane Clingan (C) Dane Clingan
