Gabriel Turns 1!
This past weekend, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet new clients and enjoy a beautiful morning! Gabriel was full of smiles for his photo shoot! We had so much fun playing outside and running around with Mom and Dad! I cannot wait until the next time I get to work with this sweet and happy family! Happy Birthday Gabriel!

Mary + Jack | Milton Ridge Historic Chapel & Reception Hall | Weddings by Julie & Stephen
We always have such a wonderful time photographing weddings and sharing in a couple's special day. This day was no exception! Mary and Jack had a romantic and classic Summer wedding in the beautiful Milton Ridge Historic Chapel. The ceremony was followed by tons of fun in the stunning reception hall. Everything from the flowers to the cake, to each little detail was perfect, but nothing could detract from the smiling faces of the bride and groom and all the people who love them. Baby Amelia is Here!!! | Newborn Photography | JMPhotography | MD
It has been an exciting wait to meet this little lady! I met her parents back when they were just a sweet engaged couple for one of the most lovely weddings we have been a part of. I was then more than thrilled to hear years later that they were expecting their first bundle of joy! We got to have a chilly maternity session at the park which turned out to be a beautiful winter day, then the wait was on! I was so happy to see the facebook post that little Amelia was here! Last weekend, I packed up my gear and headed to the couple's home to meet this sweet little girl. Ten tiny fingers and toes, and a full head of hair all donned in pink, the little angel was already sleeping and ready for her session. However, that didn't last long! Amelia was ready to be involved in her closeup, giving us tons of funny faces and a super joyful session! I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed capturing them!

It is always a thrill when a past client who you adored calls you again. It is even more fun when they are a wedding client who is now having a baby! I absolutely love capturing all these special moments and to get to follow along in the life of some of my most treasured clients is truly a gift. A Holiday Elopement | Middletown, MD | JMPhotography Weddings by Julie & Stephen
Nearing the end of 2018, we thought it was time to close up for the year, enjoy the holidays and get ready for 2019. However, Teresa and Keith had something else in mind for finishing out the year! We were so honored to be included in this very special elopement ceremony. A dear friend of my parents and former musical director at our church, Teresa made for a stunning bride in her navy gown. She asked my mother to be her matron of honor, my father to sing, and as if this all wasn't special enough, she included our daughter as the flower & ring bearer. It truly became a family affair, when the best man became ill days before the wedding. My dad was asked to step up as best man and fill in for the special day. The groom was beaming with joy as the sun shone down from the sparkling stained glass. It was obvious these two are over the moon for each other. The ceremony was a beautiful private affair which thanks to modern technology was also broadcast live on facebook for family and friends. The couple invited us all to share in a festive lunch at Dutch's Daughter which included amazing food and a beautiful winter themed wedding cake complete with a snowman bride and groom. This day was truly filled with Winter Magic!!!
